GLOSS NAIL LOUNGE POLICIES

1. LATE / NO-SHOW / CANCELLATION POLICY Please contact the salon if you are running more than 10 minutes late for your appointment. We will do our best to hold your reservation and accommodate you if you arrive late. However, if you do not inform us of your delay, your appointment will be considered a walk-in and subject to wait times. If you miss three appointments without notifying us, we will no longer accept advance bookings from you, and you will only be accommodated as a walk-in client. Your punctuality helps us serve you and all our clients better. Thank you for your understanding!

2. RETURNS OR REFUNDS All sales are final. We do not issue refunds on any services or gift certificates.

If you notice any issues with your nails within 48 hours of your service, please call us immediately to schedule a complimentary repair. The repair must be completed within 7 days of your original appointment. Any issues brought to our attention after the 48-hour period will incur repair charges.

Complimentary nail repairs cover issues related to application during the service, such as gel/polish chipping or breakage if the enhancements were applied too thin. Please note:

  • We will gladly fix the affected nails, but we do not offer a change of color, design, or shape during a repair.
  • Complimentary repairs do not cover damage resulting from excessive force (blunt force, nail fractures, bleeding nails) or disfiguration caused by the client (biting, picking, or filing down fingernails at home).


If you are unhappy with our work, your color choice, or your nail technician, please kindly inform the salon manager immediately during your service so we can fix the issue right away. Once you leave the salon, you have accepted the services as-is.

3. LENGTH & SHAPE CHARGES Please be aware that specialized shapes (almond, coffin, ballerina, stiletto, tapered/narrow square, and square) will incur an additional shaping fee.

Some nail shapes are difficult to create and require a specific nail length to prevent permanent nail bed damage.

Our prices for length range from $5 to $30. Length charges vary because every client’s nail bed is unique. The charge is proportional to the amount of material used and the extra time it takes to mold the nail into the correct structure.

Acrylic Refills: A length charge also applies to acrylic refills. As nails grow longer, more time is required to correct the shape, rebuild the apex and tips for strength, and correct the structure if the natural nails curve. Please note that we also charge for shaping during a refill service if your nails need to be trimmed or reshaped.

4. GIFT CERTIFICATES Gloss Nail Lounge gift certificates are non-refundable and can only be used for services at our salon. They may not be used to purchase other gift certificates or exchanged for cash. Gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

5. PERSONAL BELONGINGS For your convenience, bag hangers are available at each station to help keep personal items off the floor during your service. Guests are entirely responsible for their personal belongings while in the salon. Gloss Nail Lounge is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or damaged personal items.

6. SALON ETIQUETTE To ensure a relaxing environment for everyone, please keep phone calls quiet and use headphones. We kindly ask that you refrain from loud conversations or taking FaceTime/video calls on speakerphone.

7. CHILDREN For their safety and the relaxation of other guests, children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Running or playing in the salon is strictly prohibited.

8. HEALTH & HYGIENE For your safety and ours, please inform your nail technician prior to your service of any medical conditions, cuts, open wounds, or infections.

9. PHOTO & VIDEO We love showing off our work! We may take photos or videos of your nails for our social media pages. Please let your technician know if you prefer not to be included.

10. COMPLAINTS & FEEDBACK If you experience any issues, please inform the salon manager on duty right away. If you prefer to address your concerns privately, please call the salon at 405-777-7999 and ask for the manager, or email us at glossnailloungecordova@gmail.com

Customer Filming & Photography Policy

Customers are welcome to take photos and videos of their own services, including their nails and the salon space.

However, to respect the privacy of others, capturing images or recording videos of other clients is strictly prohibited without their explicit consent.

Any content that includes other guests without permission may be subject to removal. We reserve the right to enforce this policy to ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for everyone.
